Lesson ۵ - Media

دیروز فیلم دیدی، ایمیل گرفتی، یا سایت جشنواره را سرچ کردی؛ اما وقتی می‌خواهی انگلیسی‌اش را بگویی، هنوز در حال ساده می‌مانی. فصل ۵ انگلیسی نهم رسانه را بهانه می‌کند تا simple past زنده شود: Did you enjoy your weekend؟ I attended Fajr International Film Festival. در نردبون چند مدرس درس Media را توضیح می‌دهند؛ یکی را انتخاب کن که افعال بی‌قاعده و آهنگ جمله‌های تعجبی را با حوصله کار می‌کند.

Conversation؛ تلفن Mina و Mahsa دربارهٔ جشنواره فجر

مکالمه تلفنی است. Mina می‌پرسد Did you enjoy your weekend؟ Mahsa جواب می‌دهد Yes, it was wonderful! I attended Fajr International Film Festival. Mina هم به رویدادها علاقه دارد. سؤال بعدی رسانه‌ای است: Oh, did you watch the reports on TV last night؟ Mina می‌گوید Yes, I did, but I like to read about them. پیشنهاد Mahsa: you can surf its website. و در پایان آدرس سایت را پیامک می‌کند: I just texted it.

از این دیالوگ سه کار رسانه‌ای بکش: watch on TV، read/surf the website، text a message. همین‌ها ستون واژگان درس‌اند.

Practice؛ Talking about Media

Practice 1 سؤال‌های Wh گذشته دارد: Who watched the movie last night؟ What did you do last week؟ What did Ali receive؟ When did they download the book؟ Where did she connect to the Internet؟ جواب‌های مدل: My sister. / I attended Fajr International Film Festival. / He received an email. / They downloaded it yesterday. / She connected to the Internet at school.

Practice 2 Yes/No با Did است: Did the girls listen to the radio؟ Did Mina surf the Internet؟ Did you watch the cartoon؟ Did Amir work with his computer؟ جواب‌ها: Yes, they did. / No, she didn’t. / Yes, we watched it. / No, he worked with his mobile.

واژگان رسانه‌ای و فناوری

• ارتباط: interview somebody، text a message، receive an e-mail، update a blog
• یادگیری آنلاین: participate in an online course، connect to the Internet، download something، install a computer dictionary
• رسانه: use Information Technology (IT)، attend a TV program

هر کدام را دیروز فرض کن و past بساز: I texted a message. She updated a blog. They downloaded a book. He attended a TV program.

Language Melody؛ جمله‌های تعجبی و شگفتی

کتاب می‌گوید به rising intonation جمله‌های surprise گوش بده. عبارت‌های تمرینی را جدی بگیر: How fantastic! That’s great! That’s really nice! It’s brilliant! Well done! It’s amazing! What a wonderful day! What a beautiful flower!

مکالمهٔ Mahdi و Sam نمونه است: There is a football match on TV tonight. — That’s great news! When؟ — Really؟! I get home at 6. We can watch it together. — It’s excellent! در Talk to Your Teacher هم Could you please give it to me؟ برای خواهش مودبانه تمرین می‌شود.

Grammar؛ Simple Past و was/were

جدول Affirmative نشان می‌دهد I/You/We/They/He/She watched TV yesterday / last night / last week / two days ago. منفی با did not/didn’t + فعل ساده: I didn’t download the book. سؤال Yes/No: Did I/you/we/they/he/she search the Internet؟

مثال‌های کتاب: He received an e-mail. They closed the door yesterday. Whها: Who listened to the poem؟ What did she do؟ What did Amir update؟ When did they connect to the Internet؟ Where did you watch the movie؟

See also گذشتهٔ to be را می‌آورد: I am happy → I was happy yesterday. He is happy → He was happy last week. They are happy → They were happy last winter. منفی: wasn’t / weren’t. و There was a newspaper… / There were many messages in my mailbox.

Find it؛ آخر هفته بدون تلویزیون

باید simple past را در متن پیدا کنی. متن می‌گوید Last weekend, something happened to our TV. It didn’t work. At first, we were upset. But then we talked about our day. It was really fun! Later, we helped our mother and cleaned the house. In the afternoon, my grandfather showed us how to play an old game. We enjoyed it a lot. … At night, we all were happy. No one talked about TV! مثال راهنما: I watched TV yesterday.

Tell Your Classmates می‌خواهد پنج کاری که دیروز کردی بگویی؛ ترکیبی از رسانه‌ای و غیررسانه‌ای بساز تا فقط به watch و download محدود نشوی.

Listening، کارت‌ها و Role Play

Listening بخش A دربارهٔ تابستان Behnam است: How was Behnam’s summer؟ What did he learn؟ Did he learn to use the Internet for his English classes؟ بخش B سینما: How many movies were there…؟ What did she watch…؟ Where did she watch the comedy؟

کارت A می‌پرسد: Did you connect the Internet yesterday؟ Did you call your grandmother last night؟ What did your teacher do this morning؟ Where did you watch your favorite movie؟ Who used Information Technology in your class؟ Role Play پایانی: دو دوست دربارهٔ media they usually use حرف بزنند — اینجا می‌توانی حال و گذشته را قاطی کنی، اما فعل‌های دیروز را درست گذشته کن.

پل به آسیب‌ها و مرور سال

درس ۵ گذشتهٔ قاعده‌مند و was/were را محکم می‌کند تا درس ۶ Health and Injuries بتواند روی broke، fell، hurt و افعال بی‌قاعده تمرکز کند. Review 3 بعد از درس ۶ هر دو را با هم می‌سنجد: media و injuries. اگر الان Did …؟ برایت روان نیست، قبل از رفتن به آسیب‌ها همین فصل را با ویدیوی نردبون یک‌بار دیگر ببین.
